Use your company logo on business greeting cards.
Businesses send greeting cards throughout the year to promote customer loyalty. Create a greeting card or a series of greeting cards with your company logo ready for all occasions. Use desktop publishing software, such as Microsoft Publisher, to create a greeting card template. Use the cards throughout the year to forge a strong bond between you and your customer base.
Instructions
1. Browse the Greeting Cards folder in Microsoft Publisher, located in "Publication Types" on the program's opening page. Open the "View Templates" from Microsoft Office Online to view all of the online and offline greeting card choices. Pick a greeting card template to customize for holidays and announcements throughout the year.
2. Open the greeting card template of your choice. Make changes in accordance with your company's brand and style. Customize your greeting cards using options from the "Format Publication" pane to the left of the design template.
3. Change the placement of text and image boxes to suit your design. You can drag the boxes around the template to test where you want to place your various text and design elements.
4. Use custom colors and font styles. Open the "Color Schemes" and/or "Font Schemes" option(s), selecting schemes to complement your company logo and other brand elements.
5. Add company-specific information to the template. Include your company logo, slogan and contact information. Add your logo by selecting the "Insert/Picture/From File" option from the top of the page.
6. Open "Greeting Card Options" and select a "Suggested Verse." Add a verse from the drop-down box, which includes text for thank yous, all of the major U.S. holidays and religious days and other occasions.
