Download Anime Videos

Anime is a term used for an animation style originating in Japan. It's increasingly prevalent in television series, films and video games. Fans of anime love to download their favorite media, like "Naruto," from the Internet. Here are two ways to download anime to your computer.

Instructions

Media Converters

1. Find a site with an anime movie you want to download. A media converter works especially well with sites like YouTube, Daily Motion, Metacafe, Veoh, LiveVideo, MyVideo, Blip.tv or Break.

2. Go to a media conversion site such as Media Converter and enter the full URL of the site where you found the anime video you want to download. A URL is the address you see in the navigation bar near the top of the Web page. Follow the steps it provides. Generally, it will ask you for the duration, offset and file type.

3. Enter the duration. This is critical, because if you don't give it an end time, the download will play endlessly or loop itself. Don't worry too much about the bit-rate option.

4. Save as the file type you need. Otherwise, it might not play or will just keep going forever.

Download With Hypercam

5. Go to a portal that lets you download the unregistered version of Hypercam. You can get this from the Hyperionics main site.

6. Install the program by double-clicking the icon and pressing "Install." If you can't download correctly, find another portal and download.

7. Run the software. Highlight the part of the screen you need recorded and press "Record." When you're done, press the "Stop" button. The recording should produce a decent .avi movie file.
