Embarrass a Teen


It might seem like as soon as your child hit puberty everything you do suddenly embarrasses him. Parenting a teenager is one of the hardest things that most people will ever face. You thought it was hard when he was a baby or a toddler? Just wait until you see how easy it is embarrass him now that he is a teen. Read on to learn more.


Instructions


1. Show her lots of public displays of affection. If you really want to embarrass a teen, just hug and kiss her in public. Play with her hair and rest your arm on her shoulder every chance you get, especially if she has friends around.


2. Treat him like a child in front of his friends. Talk down to him and use baby talk when his friends come over.


3. Call her your favorite pet names in public. To really embarrass a teen, call the office at her school and ask them to page her to come to the office using her childhood pet name.


4. Show baby pictures and share embarrassing childhood memories with his friends. This is especially effective if you share the pictures and stories with his girlfriend or the guys on his football team.


5. Act like a teenager yourself. Teens get really embarrassed when their parents don't act their age. Put on a pair of rollerblades and show up at the park when your daughter is skating with her friends, or dance around the house and sing into a hair brush when she has her friends over.
